Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use any automated tools, bots, scripts or software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pkr398 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, payment method or contact details must be reported to pkr398 support promptly and may require updated KYC documentation.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds and market — before confirming the wager.
pkr398 displays odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. pkr398 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors.
In the event that a sporting fixture — including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL games or ICC tournament matches — is abandoned, postponed or deemed void after commencement, settlement will follow the specific rules applicable to that market as displayed in the betting interface. Where no specific rule applies, standard industry practice will be applied.
pkr398 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport, market type and user account status.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by pkr398 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Illustrative examples (such as "10× rollover on PKR 1,000 bonus = PKR 10,000 total wagering required") are for guidance only; actual requirements vary by promotion.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are shown in the relevant promotion terms and begin from the date and time the bonus is credited to your Account.
pkr398 employs technology and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational betting. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkr398 reserves the right to void any affected bets, cancel outstanding bonus balances and close the relevant Account.
Account balances on pkr398 are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated in the cashier for a specific payment method.
The payment methods available to Pakistani users may include — but are not limited to — local bank transfers and mobile wallet services familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. Availability of specific methods is shown in the live cashier and is subject to change.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit and is registered to your verified Account. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by pkr398's own negligence, to the extent such exclusion would be unlawful under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pkr398 support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and any withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
pkr398 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) pkr398 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) pkr398 determines that continued operation of your Account poses a legal, financial or reputational risk to the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms breach, pkr398 reserves the right to forfeit Account balances.
pkr398 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr398 holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
